Gerry Prior (gerry.prior@priormcmahon.co.uk))
Qualified in 1969 after training with a small firm of Chartered Accountants; subsequently he joined Cooper Bros & Co (later Coopers & Lybrand and more recently PricewaterhouseCoopers) and spent two years in Belfast before completing a 3 year contract in Central Africa. During this time abroad he was assigned to the Audit Department and became an Audit Group Manager approximately half-way through the contract. However on returning to Belfast the variety of work in a smaller practice proved too appealing and he has been a general practitioner ever since, whilst taking particular interest in taxation and financial services matters; particular experience includes the audits of Clubs and charitable bodies as well as public and private sector based entities.

Gerry and his wife live in Bangor, Co. Down with two daughters and one son; he is active in the local community and serves on the Board of Governors of a local primary school and a Belfast College. He is a member of the Rotary Club of North Down and plays regularly as a member of Bangor Golf Club.

Born and raised in Newtownards with 25 years general accountancy practice experience covering a wide range of business. Particular experience in serving the Chinese Business Communities throughout Northern Ireland, the Agriculture and Building Sectors.

Roy lives in Bangor and enjoys family life with three young children. His interests include golf and coaching a junior football team.

All aspects of accountancy, taxation of sole traders and partnerships and audit and taxation of small and medium sized companies. Particular experience of regulated bodies including clubs, credit unions and lawyers.

Julian lives in Crawfordsburn and his interests include jogging, classic cars and Formula One.
